In these uncertain times, one thing is certain: Blue Mountain Gallery is going strong! The artists’ rich variety of styles will be on vivid display in its new group show, From the Studio. Blue Mountain’s history of showcasing the work of strong representational painters, and the expansion of its mission and vision to include equally strong abstract work, inform this exciting exhibition. Nature, humanity, the language of color, the possibilities of form—Blue Mountain’s artists take on those themes and more.
Artist/member Clifford Thompson will read from his award-winning essay collection Love for Sale on January 20th at 6:30 pm.
Bill Warfield's Trio will perform jazz and show tunes at the close of the exhibit at Blue Mountain, January 29, from 2-4 pm.
