Peter Stoopack
Peter Stoopack is a New York City-based artist.
His painting process has always been improvisational. His intent is to create springboards for viewers’ imaginations.
When he began to paint, he used only brushes. Over time he has included other ways of applying paint and has found this to be extremely freeing.
Most recently Peter has been drawn to patterns, including those in nature and man-made objects. Some of his paintings have been influenced by those patterns.
He is also a photographer.
